Common questions about precision alloys

Which precision alloys should I choose for my application?
Start from the actual stream chemistry and temperature. Compare PREN for chloride duty, maximum service temperature for hot duty, and check NACE MR0175 listing if H2S is present. Our engineers will shortlist candidates once you share the duty conditions.
Can you supply mixed sizes and grades in one shipment?
Yes. We routinely consolidate complete piping packages with one documentation set, which reduces both freight cost and administrative effort for the receiving team.
What certificate do I receive?
Every item carries a heat-specific EN 10204 3.1 certificate with ladle analysis, mechanical properties, heat treatment records and NDT results. A third party test report from SGS is available on request.

Ready to specify your alloy?

Send us your drawing, material specification and quantity. You receive a formal quotation within 24 hours, including melting route, heat treatment, testing scope and certificate format.
